We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts across key sectors: IT, Private Medical, and Construction. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of recruitment strategies, building them from inception through to execution. You will refine processes, ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders, and play a critical role in helping our organisation meet its talent needs.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will:
* Lead the full recruitment life cycle, managing everything from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
* Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment activities with business objectives and industry-specific requirements.
* Establish and grow talent pipelines, meeting the demands of a rapidly evolving business environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Effective communication and organisational abilities.
Flexible Language Requirement:
* Having the ability to speak another language is highly beneficial.
