We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join Stormking, part of the Epwin Group.
Job Purpose:
To support the Customer Service Team with admin-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collate and scan all delivery notes into the Navision system to provide proof of deliveries to customers upon request.
2. Ensure all delivery notes are filed correctly.
3. Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
4. Contact customers weekly to establish how many stillages require collection and update the transport team.
5. Check and process sales orders.
6. Issue collection note paperwork.
7. Raise cases on the CRM system.
8. File sales orders and credit notes.
9. Provide admin support for other departments as required.
Experiences and Skills Required:
1. Competent with Microsoft packages.
