We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent leadership skills to drive culinary excellence.
Duties
1. Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
2. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
3. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training
4. Maintain high-quality standards
5. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
6. Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience in a professional kitchen environment
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
3. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
4. Proficient in menu planning, costing, and inventory management
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
6. Relevant culinary qualifications
Salary: £36K - £45K DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
AND FREE GOLF
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
