My client in Bourne End is a vibrant andcontemporary Tapas bar on the River. Renowned for its chic decorand relaxed atmosphere, my client offers an eclectic menu featuringlocally sourced ingredients and a fusion of traditional and moderncuisine. You will only work 5 of the 7 on a rota basis workingstraights.
Responsibilities:
* Maintainingcurrent knowledge of culinary trends andprocedures
* Ensuring that kitchen workers followquality, hygiene, and cleanlinessrequirements
* Interacting with suppliers andensuring they provide high-quality products at reasonablecosts.
* Keeping an eye on stock levels andplacing orders when necessary
* Managing culinaryequipment upkeep and scheduling repairs asnecessary
* Managing employee concerns, such assick leave and attendance, and imposing discipline whenneeded
* Creating new recipes and revamping menusto draw in more customers
* Ensuring thatvisitors have a delightful dining experience and receiveexceptional service
