Job Description
Job Purpose:
Provide support, administration & coordination for the successful management of the day-to-day HR function
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide basic day to day HR guidance to Line Managers and employees
2. Coordinating the European recruitment process, from role sign off through to offer stage, with a focus on cost saving for the business
3. Coordinating the new starter process from on-boarding through to end of probation
4. Coordinating the new leaver process, including resignation acknowledgement letters & conducting exit interviews
5. Oversee the management of the administration of company benefits
6. Maintain the People HR database, to ensure accurate reporting, delivering support on day to day employee and manager queries on the system and managing & maintaining all absence management entitlements and records
7. Support Head of HR with disciplinary and grievance processes
8. Support Head of HR with reviewing & communicating company policies and employment legislation
9. Support Head of HR with contractual documentation changes, such as variation of terms & flexible working applications
10. Monthly HR tasks including newsletter, organisation chart updates & payroll notifications to finance
11. Coordinate various in-house training projects, including Line Manager workshops
