We’re looking for an established Pay & Reward Manager to join our team, contributing towards an effective total reward infrastructure and the development and delivery of an underpinning pay and reward policy framework to meet the needs of the business. Experience of operating in a complex pay governance environment with multiple stakeholders would be beneficial. To be successful in the role you’ll have prior experience of effective best practice pay and reward processes, acting as the subject matter expert for colleagues and employees within the CNC. You will work seamlessly with the Human Resources Department and demonstrate your adeptness of effectively managing and communicating complex areas of pay and reward across a wide audience. You’ll ideally have or be working towards a CIPD qualification and have generalist HR experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills are key as you’ll be working closely with your direct team but also the wider HR team and organisation, so you’ll also be able to influence at all levels. A sound understanding of HR legislation and policies, and how they relate to pay and reward practices is key.
