As a Wedding & Event Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class sales experience. From the initial inquiry through to the signing of the contract, you'll be the driving force behind converting potential leads into confirmed bookings. You'll conduct personalised tours of the venue, ensuring that every client feels valued and receives outstanding service.
This is a goal-oriented role that requires a can-do attitude and the ability to balance commercial insight with exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and conduct personalised, high-quality tours for prospective couples and event clients.
* Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while delivering a smooth, first-rate client journey.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise revenue potential.
* Respond swiftly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email.
* Prepare and deliver accurate, comprehensive quotes and contract details.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements, providing valuable feedback to the team.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, working closely with the events and hospitality teams to ensure an impeccable experience.
* Identify new sales opportunities and assist in business development initiatives.
* Manage and refresh third-party listings and directories to maintain consistency with the luxury brand.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to drive awareness.
