As a Sales Executive for Mercedes-Benz, you will be supported in your new role and enrolled on their 4-day sales academy to help you settle into your new role. What you will be doing? Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about Mercedes-Benz products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer-focused” attitude. Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your enquiry database. Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer-led training. Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. The showroom is open from 8.30 - 18.30, Monday to Friday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required. Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week and alternate Sundays on a rota. 42.5 hours per week.
