Base pay range
There’s a starting salary of £30-35,000 on offer plus the incredible benefit of a 9 day fortnight.
About the Role
I’ve been tasked with finding two super talented Customer Support Specialists to join a newly formed CS team. If you’re dedicated to delivering top quality customer service, committed to building strong relationships and want to leverage these skills in an environment where you’re supported and rewarded for your contribution then it’s worth reading on.
These roles will be reporting into one of the Co-Founders of the business and you’ll be given training and, as importantly- time, to learn everything there is to know about the platform you’ll be supporting your customers to use. There are plenty of opportunities to progress and develop in the business as the CS team continues to grow.
Here’s what you’ll be doing as part of your role:
* Responding to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
* Providing step-by-step guidance for common issues and queries.
* Logging and categorising tickets in the helpdesk system.
* Tracking and regularly updating customers on ticket status.
* Proactively engaging with clients to help get the most from the platform.
* Providing basic training and helping to build documentation and FAQs.
* Gathering feedback from customers.
* Conducting regular check-ins with key customers.
* Escalating complex issues to technical teams.

This role will see you working from my client’s HQ in Chelmsford three times per week, collaborating with a team that are all pushing in the same direction and committed to having fun while they do it.
