What does it mean to be an Arbor Forest Products Talent Acquisition Manager?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the backbone of our hiring efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and candidates, providing an outstanding experience for all involved.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create, post, and update compelling job advertisements across online platforms, ensuring timely processing of applications and responses.
* Actively source, attract, and shortlist candidates using a variety of tools.
* Develop strategies to engage passive candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.
* Manage candidate relationships, coordinating interviews and providing support throughout the recruitment journey.
* Assist the Recruiting Manager during the interview process.
* Facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with department heads.
* Oversee appointment documentation.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to attract top talent.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
* Provide training to managers on recruitment and compliance.
* Work alongside the HR team to enhance and promote the company's employer brand.
