The Role:
As the Division Recruitment Manager, you will spearhead the establishment and growth of our healthcare & doctors recruitment team. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from candidate attraction to client relationship management. You'll have the autonomy to shape the division's strategy, driving business development and building long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants.
* Oversee the full 360 recruitment process, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Drive business development to expand our client base.
* Conduct meetings with hospitals and clinics to build and maintain relationships.
* Develop and implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
* Manage existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Mentor and develop team members, supporting their career progression.
What We're Looking For:
* We are looking for 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (please still apply).
* A strong track record in business development and client management.
* Leadership experience or a desire to step into a management role.
