Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage kitchen teams across multiple locations
* Develop and implement innovative menu concepts
* Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
* Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
* Maintain high standards of health and safety
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
