As a Sales & Membership Advisor, you will play a key role in driving Snozone to the next level; joining a like-minded team who are passionate about achieving success and working to their full potential.
In particular, your responsibilities will include:
* Answering the phone from guests making enquiries on the telephone or face to face.
* Discuss the enquiry with guests and tailor packages and events to each group/individual(s) need.
* Improve membership sales and retention by delivering the membership strategy.
* Account manage group bookings; greet the guests, manage the event, act as the key contact from initial booking through to post-event feedback.
* Conduct outreach where and when appropriate.
Experience of working in a Sales team is essential, together with a successful track record of delivering against targets. However, of equal importance is a great attitude, a desire to succeed, and a willingness to contribute to the team's efforts.
You will have excellent communication skills and be a versatile team player. Confident on the telephone, you will enjoy talking to our guests and contributing across the venue – we operate as one team and together we are stronger!
Snozone is open for at least 12 hours a day, across 7 days of the week so you will need to be flexible in your working schedule which may include weekends and early evenings.
