With a focus on energy procurement, carbon reduction and compliance, this company is looking for a highly motivated and results driven individuals wanting to progress within sales. This role focuses on contacting a very large pool of existing clients, therefore warm leads, to sell a range of energy efficiency and compliance services. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify energy needs. Promote and sell services like energy audits, compliance assessments, and efficiency upgrades. Create and deliver tailored sales proposals, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Manage the sales process from lead generation to proposal and closure. Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and achieve sales targets. Skills and Qualifications: Seeking a bright graduate, with a hospitality or customer service background, looking to kickstart their career in sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals. Basic Salary £27-30k (OTE £45,000 uncapped)
