Our client, a leading EdTech company, is searching for a Junior Sales/Account Executive (internally titled Education Consultant) to join their high-performing team. This role starts with a base salary of £25k with uncapped earning potential – top performers regularly exceed £55k+ in total earnings.
This role will:
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals with decision-makers in the education sector.
* Generate new business leads and cross-sell opportunities through high-volume outreach, including cold calls and LinkedIn prospecting.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase cutting-edge EdTech solutions.
* Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
This role needs:
* Proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets (experience in SaaS sales or Education Tech is a big plus).
* Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and HubSpot for prospecting and pipeline management.
* Resilience, tenacity, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Confidence in managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
