What’s involved?
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal, and delicious dishes for our customers. You will also help with menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and kitchen hygiene. You should be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and the front of house team, and ensure that the kitchen standards are met at all times.
