If yes, we are very keen to speak with you Staffline are delighted to be supporting our Global Customer, with this new Permanent job opportunity, for a HR Administrator/Assistant Initially you will work 5 days per week in the office, this will enable you to have full support and training, giving you all the tools to do your job well In your new role as a HR Administrator/Assistant, you will support the wider HR Team and Manager, assisting, co-ordinate and perform HR related duties for the UK operations Please note -There may be the opportunity to travel abroad on occasion, so a Valid Passport is a must This role is varied, and the list below is not exhaustive: General HR admin tasks - employee files, absence management Update records to accommodate new hires Co-ordinate with HR professionals (Technical) on boarding and off boarding Office management Health & Safety Administration Help to create guidelines Conduct employee evaluations Generating reports Liaising with hiring managers and other departments All other associated tasks To be considered for this role, out ideal candidate will possess: Experience within a similar environment The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, highly flexible Strong administration skills Experience working in a matrix organisation is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work closely with other members of the HR team, you will strive to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to the business Proficient using Microsoft office applications Salary depends on experience, Plus Bonus earning potential For a full detailed Job description and benefits, please apply
