Main duties of the job As Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the Trust, ensuring a seamless and efficient service that attracts and retains the best talent in healthcare. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the Recruitment Team to deliver a high-quality, responsive recruitment service. Collaborating with hiring managers to plan and implement effective recruitment campaigns across a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. About You We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional with: Proven experience in managing recruitment operations, ideally within a complex or public sector organisation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous NHS or healthcare recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
