This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £37,000 and the opportunity to work in a brand-new, £1million kitchen, surrounded by a talented team dedicated to exceeding expectations across all operations.

Manage a large, high-performing team with a focus on targets and operational excellence

Preferred Requirements:
Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to work to tight deadlines, budgets and requirements
Expertise in both production and event catering
A passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes with a keen eye for detail
A collaborative approach, to ensure success in working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
Non-negotiables: Formal culinary training, as well as a track record of success in a similar Sous Chef role
Demonstrated experience at Head Chef or Sous Chef level
A proven commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
