My client are are just about to enter the next exciting phase of their journey meaning they are now looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join their dynamic team. If that’s you, you’ll be able to develop longstanding relationships with clients, have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the furniture and workspace solutions industry, ideally with experience in the education sector.
What you’ll be doing as a sales professional: • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Present and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits. • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
What we’re looking for in a sales professional: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or workspace solutions industry. • Ideally knowledge or experience of the education sector. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
