Blue Arrow have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to work in a modern yet rustic establishment. Serving over 200 heads each day, with stunning views and space for different events!
This role is a temp to perm role for the right Sous Chef to make this role their own!
Pay Rate: £34,000 a year
Hours: 9.30am - 22.30pm (4x 12 hour days between Monday-Sunday)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
- Follow food safety procedures
- Assist with meal preparation and food presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
About you:
- 1+ years of chef experience in a similar fresh food, high-volume setting.
- Passion for creating great food and leading by example.
- Energetic, positive, and ready to thrive in a busy environment.
- Flexible with weekends.
