Job Role - Sous Chef
Rate of pay - £33,600
Hours - Excellent work-life balance and extra days off (paid) due to term closure on top of holidays

Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the creation of new food menus by designing innovative grazing and sharing platters that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
2. Supervise the preparation and presentation of grazing platters and sharing plates, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
3. Ensure all dishes, particularly shared platters, are consistently prepared with the highest quality, maintaining flavor, texture, and presentation.
4. Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure efficient preparation and timely service of platters, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth coordination during busy service periods.
5. Oversee stock for grazing platters, ensuring fresh, seasonal ingredients are sourced and available while maintaining budget control.
