Customer Support
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to become a key part of our team at HQ. In this customer-focused role, you’ll be one of the first voices our customers hear when they get in touch. From taking orders to problem-solving and providing top-notch support over the phone, you’ll play an important part in delivering the great service we’re known for. We’re after someone enthusiastic and personable, with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must. An interest in coffee is a bonus—but not a deal-breaker!
