VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Motor Sales Executive position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.
Permanent role.
Place of work is Belfast (Boucher)
Salary:
Negotiable + Bonus (High OTE) + Company Car - Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain product knowledge and be aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation.
* Help lead the Sales team to achieve success focusing on defined priority areas.
* Follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business.
* Assist the Sales Manager with the daily operations of the department in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase.
* Stack deals for the sales team and 2nd face customers.
* Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process.
* Deputise for the Sales Manager in his absence.
* Complete training programs as required.
* Maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a selling role.
* Experience within a franchised car dealership required.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
