In this role, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring prep work is completed and each dish is made to specification.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety standards
