What’s involved?
* As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will be to support and lead the other chefs through clear communication and delegation, and identify any training needs. Take a proactive role in the team, identifying and resolving issues as well as sharing ideas for improvements. Your responsibilities will also include the ordering and control of food-related GPs, health and safety, and people management of a small team, supported by the Executive Head Chef.
