What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing all culinary operations for a variety of high-profile events. Creating innovative, seasonal menus that impress our guests. Costing menus and ensuring profitability without compromising quality. Leading and mentoring a skilled team, ensuring smooth execution at every event. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Working closely with clients to curate bespoke dining experiences. Managing stock control and kitchen budgets effectively. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef in events, banqueting, or large-scale catering. A strong leader with excellent team management and communication skills. Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining impeccable standards. Creative flair for menu development and a strong grasp of cost control. A hands-on, proactive approach with an outgoing personality to engage with clients.
