Frazer Jones is partnering with a well-known global retail organization to source a permanent Learning & Development Manager based on a hybrid basis of 2 days a week in the office in Woking.
This is a newly created role within the L&D team and will report directly into the People Experience Lead, partnering closely with stakeholders in the business and will line manage a team of three including 2 instructional designers and one organisational capability advisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business globally.
2. Assist in defining the L&D priorities across the UK & Ireland.
3. Help shape the company’s leadership capability and coach effectiveness.
4. Manage the LMS software and identify current competency gaps.
5. Lead the design, ownership, and management of the company’s leadership development programme.
6. Work on additional projects to improve the function.
Requirements:
1. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Exceptional relationship building skills.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading a team.
4. Strong communication and influencing skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills using evidence-based decision making.
6. Previous experience using eLearning tools is essential.
7. Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Edapp, and Adeptly is preferred.
8. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
