Role – Junior Sales Executive
Location – Salford
Salary – £25,200 + Bonus (Ranging from £#removed# p/m depending on target)
Type – Permanent
Hours – 8am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
We are currently working with a client specialising in the Plant and Machinery hire industry who are looking for a Sales Executive due to growth.
The role will be to manage the current customer base, building relationships and regaining lapsed customers using their CRM system. The bulk of this role will be warm sales, with very limited cold calling.
This is an ideal role for a proactive individual, someone who is able to identify opportunities and ultimately develop business.
Responsibilities
1. Building relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.
2. Generating business by inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
3. Managing the sales process from start to finish.
4. Updating records of all communication on CRM software.
5. Following up on all sales leads generated online.
6. Handling customer queries & complaints.
7. Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
8. Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software.
