Experience managing orders, financial aspects of the kitchen operation, and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen. What You’ll Do:
As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. You’ll manage rotas, contribute to menu planning, oversee food safety and hygiene, and lead junior team members to consistently deliver high-quality dishes. Your responsibilities will also include:
Managing orders, inventory, and stock control.
Creating spec books to guide the kitchen team in producing consistent dishes.
Maintaining high food safety standards and compliance throughout the kitchen.
Collaborating on new creative menu ideas.
