What’s involved?
Your guidance and experience at Michelin or 3 AA Rosette level will be invaluable to a young team eager to learn and progress their careers. This role will showcase your skills assisting the Head Chef to ensure the day to day running of the kitchen runs at an optimal level. The Restaurant operates Wednesday to Sunday with serving tasting menus.
