We are looking to expand our European offering and build a build a best-in-industry team covering Germany initially and growing into other EU countries. We are already operating in Germany on a permanent basis through our GmbH, & have an established team and client base that can be leveraged by the Contract team. This opportunity would suit someone looking to step up into a management role or an existing manager looking for a greenfield build-out. We currently have 2 experienced 360 consultants working the EU Contract market who you would manage and are looking to land 2-3 individuals into the team that is sales focused from day one. We see this team growing to 10 heads over the coming 12 months and for the role to quickly progress into a key leadership role at SR2. Prior experience of successfully operating in contract functions in Europe and desire to manage & scale a team is essential.
