Your Role
EF Oxford Brookes are looking for a manager to lead on recruitment, compliance and support operations of our summer site at Oxford Brookes University. The role reports to the Operations Manager and assists with the preparation, year-round planning, recruitment and summer operations of EF Oxford Brookes.
Responsibilities
* You will share the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the summer school with the Operations Manager.
* Being responsible for recruitment, retention, and training of seasonal staff.
* You will be organising and checking that the required paperwork is conducted to meet EFs accreditation procedures.
* Support the homestay recruitment team alongside the Accommodation Manager.
* Motivate, connect and support a large summer team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
* You will ensure that quality targets are being delivered whilst taking key decisions to move the programme forward.
* This is a fantastic opportunity to develop as a manager whilst delivering a world-class programme for international students.
* Strong communication with sales and suppliers around the UK.
Requirements
* 1 or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
* Attention to detail attributes.
* Strong relationship building skills and a history of working collaboratively with a range of suppliers to build rapport.
* Strong IT skills, including excel and database management.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Has complete fluency in English.

Hiring Process
* Stage One: Completed application and CV & Cover Letter to be sent by Friday 6th December 2024.
* Stage Two: First round of interviews in the week commencing 16th December 2024.
* Stage Three: Second round of interviews in week commencing 13th January 2025.
* Start date from 3rd February 2025 until 1st June 2025.
