Complaint Handler Job Description
Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service while working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Complaint Handler, you will investigate complaints, communicate with customers, and work with other teams to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing customer service through various communication channels
* Resolving complex customer needs and requests
* Collaborating with teams across the bank to align customer care processes
* Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change
* Developing and implementing customer care procedures and controls
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detailed and organized approach
* Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
* Past customer service experience is beneficial
Working hours:
* Monday to Sunday, 7am-11pm
* Typical shift pattern: 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday
Starting salary: £26,500
Our team works bank holidays except Christmas and New Year's Day.
