About the role Deliver seasonal formal sit-down meals for up to 80 covers Present regular event buffets for up to 120 covers Prepare and service of daily bar snack menu Create and roll out members themed social events Manage a small team with hands on approach, this is NOT an office-based role Full compliance with all Health, COSHH and Food Safety guidelines Manage stock levels and ingredient pricing Maintain margin and budgets at agreed level The ideal candidate for this hands-on role has Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar head chef role (Golf Club experience is preferred) Can commit to a working pattern of straight shifts 5 out of 7 days with regular weekends and Friday nights (this is not a Monday Friday role) Banqueting experience is required Experience preferred in world cuisines would be a real advantage Lives ideally within 20 mins drive of Ashford, Surrey The Offer Starting salary of 50k Objectives led annual bonus Guaranteed Christmas Off (Club is closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day) Complimentary Off-Peak Golf AMRT1_UKCT
