Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to a high standard.
* Plan and execute dessert menus, incorporating seasonal and creative ideas.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry kitchen, ensuring adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the broader catering team to support school events and daily operations.
* Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with expertise in baking and dessert preparation.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually appealing and flavorful pastries.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
