What’s involved?
The ideal candidate will have:
3. 2+ years’ experience in a high volume and quality led senior role.
4. A high understanding of classic cookery and seasonal Scottish ingredients.
5. Experience implementing sustainable kitchen practices.
6. Knowledge of costings, health and safety and logistics for events.
7. Level 2 food safety.
8. An unrelenting pursuit of quality within all aspects of the kitchen.
