About the role:
* As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, including breakfast and lunch services, and contributing to the creation of new dishes.
* You will work closely with one other chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a high level of quality and presentation.

* Start the day right: Get things sizzling for breakfast service starting at 7am, serving up classic morning favorites.
* Midday marvels: After breakfast wraps up at 12, shift gears to light bites, burgers, and wraps—all made to perfection.
* Step up to lead: Take on Head Chef duties when needed, helping manage the kitchen operations.
* Creative menu input: Be part of refining and enhancing our dishes to keep them fresh and appealing.
Working hours:
* Breakfast: 7am - 12pm
* Lunch & Dinner: 12pm - 9pm
