Job Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Customer Manager to join our team and embark on a comprehensive training programme to develop the skills necessary to manage mobile and telephony customer queries. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within our organisation while gaining valuable experience.
Responsibilities
Primary duties will include:
1. Problem-solving
2. Speaking with customers to understand their requirements
3. Updating CRM records accurately
4. Answering incoming phone calls promptly
5. Helping to resolve tickets in a timely manner
Experience
This is a trainee role, so no previous experience is necessary, but an appetite to understand the industry and a willingness to learn is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
