Job Profile Summary • Design and plan talent acquisition campaigns, estimating and managing resources associated to the processes • Implement and supervise talent acquisition procedures, ensuring homogeneity and quality • Consolidate recruiter feedbacks and make final decision to extend offers to new employees • Report talent acquisition KPIs and objectives achievement to HR Leadership • Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own function adapting departmental plans and priorities to address • Provides leadership, has accountability for the performance of multiple related units, develops dep. plans and controls resources/ policy formation in area of responsibility and/or is recognized as an expert within the organization with in-depth expertise in own discipline, solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business and contributes to the development of functional strategy
