Can you work 1 in 3 Saturdays? Our client, one of Kent's leading independent Insurance brokers, is expanding its team and looking for Sales Executives to join its Renewals department. As a Renewals Executive, you will speak with existing clients to identify their ongoing insurance needs, obtain accurate quotations and find the best deal for your customer. This is a varied role which will see you: Managing client communications Providing clear and accurate information on products Using the quotation system, ratings guides, or insurer referrals to generate quotes Providing a high level of customer service Responding to queries from brokers and underwriters The roles involve inbound and outbound calling, so you will need to be confident when speaking on the phone. The ideal Renewals Executive will have: Outstanding communication skills A customer-first approach A good eye for detail Good IT Skills Experience within a busy, customer-facing environment is a must. Experience in sales would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. In return for your hard work you will receive a competitive salary plus uncapped commission, expected first year earnings are £27,000-£30,000.
