As a Complaint Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing and resolving complaints via phone and email. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complex issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Salary: £26,000 + Benefits working shift patterns between Monday - Saturday in Glasgow
Duties:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently
Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Prevent complaints from escalating further
Meet performance targets and compliance standards
Navigate multiple computer systems to update customer records
Experience:
Twelve months complaints experience within a call centre.
Ability to adapt and learn
Communication and listening skills
Computer literacy
