Join our 4-star Country Hotel in Leeds as a Sous Chef, working with fine produce to create a Rosette standard menu. Your role will involve:
* Leading a kitchen team through service at pace and to volume in a busy kitchen
* Excellent kitchen management and due diligence compliance, including H&S, HACCP, wastage control, labour costs and menu costing
* Spot on knowledge of seasonal produce and utilising ingredients in a creative way for the award-winning menu
* Enlisting junior chefs to strive for perfection every day
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for your craft
* Experience running service to high standards and being in tune with your team
* Knowledge of stock control, costings and menu planning
* Understanding of allergen, H&S and HACCP procedures and regulations
