The firm
A leading global law firm, located in the heart of the city, currently experiencing a period of growth. The firm is known for its commitment to developing its employees, fostering a workplace where people tend to stay for the long term.
The role
The firm is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with global experience to manage the recruitment process from start to finish for Associates and Of Counsel in London and 11 international offices across EMEA.
Reporting to the International Recruiting Director in London and managing two international Assistants, the International Recruiting Manager will work with Partners to discuss and define the recruitment requirements in each of their offices.
Some key duties include:
* Liaise with external agencies and internal sourcing methods, overseeing the interview and assessment process, manage the offer and onboarding process.
* Work with Partners and Practice Managers to identify and define hiring needs based on performance data.
* Oversee the interview and assessment process.
* Work with internal stakeholders to assess and suggest improvements to the interview/ assessment process.
* Using existing or new tools to build more objective assessment processes and criteria to ensure the firm is hiring a diverse talent pipeline of students.
What do you need?
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in lateral recruitment within a global law firm.
You have strong team management skills ideally across global offices.
Very strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
