What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the Data Pipeline: Build and optimize scalable pipelines in Databricks and MySQL, leveraging Python and PySpark for performance.
* Champion Automation: Develop reusable Python packages, integrate machine learning models, and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
* Lead with Innovation: Spearhead cloud migration projects and implement cutting-edge analytics solutions.
* Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior engineers, setting the standard for technical excellence and team collaboration.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment on every project.
What You’ll Bring
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and SQL, with hands-on experience in CI/CD and Git workflows. Working with Panda's a big plus.
* Problem-Solving Skills: A track record of developing automation-first, scalable solutions in data-rich environments.
* Cloud Migration Knowledge: Proven success leading large-scale migration projects, particularly within cloud ecosystems.
* AdTech Knowledge: Familiarity with media adtech platforms and measurement frameworks is a plus.
* Leadership Skills: Strong communicator with experience mentoring teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
