Today, there are over 46 Rosa's Thai Cafe locations across the country, sharing the same goals, values, and commitment to authentic Thai cuisine.
Rosa’s Thai is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the opening of our new Brighton location later this year. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expanding family and to shape the future of our newest restaurant. We focus on great food—no clichés or gimmicks—using simple ingredients to create exceptional dishes. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
* Strong experience cooking Asian cuisine with confidence in handling a wok
* Experience organizing rotas and shift patterns for kitchen staff
* Leadership skills to develop chefs and manage takeaway and dine-in orders
* Experience communicating with food suppliers, managing stock, forecasting, and using ordering systems
* Excellent organization and understanding of food safety and health policies
* A love of food, a kind heart, and a desire to showcase your skills
