Your Role:
1. Collaborate with the Retention Team and Sales Managers to maximize profitable sales and ensure world-class customer experiences.
2. Engage customers, understanding their buying strategies, and facilitate test drives.
3. Negotiate pricing and payment methods, including financing options.
4. Ensure high-quality delivery and follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships.
5. Plan and organize daily sales activities to generate new business.
Ideal Candidate:
6. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
7. Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
8. Adaptable, with a strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure.
9. IT literate (PC, Microsoft, web) and holds a full UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
10. 45 hours per week, plus alternate weekends.
Salary:
11. Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with OTE potential.
