What are we looking for?
* Someone to lead and manage the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff. Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Encourage creativity and skill development within the team.
* Maintain consistent and high-quality food standards. Conduct regular tastings and assessments to ensure that all dishes meet our restaurant's high standards.
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
* Work with management to establish and manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
