The Chef team at Killiehuntly will provide a delicious, nourishing breakfast to set guests up for a day in the stunning outdoors, and a hearty shared supper for their evening return. It's an informal offering but of the highest standards, drawing on our living larder of exceptional seafood, game and livestock. At Glenfeshie Lodge, our privately catered venue in the heart Glenfeshie Estate, our cooking celebrates the land with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients crafted into simple yet refined dishes. The Chef team create bespoke menus to cover all meals for our exclusive-use guests, delivering an intimate and authentic dining experience with true Highland warmth. We are also expanding our offerings for self-catering guests, providing delicious meal packages that are ready to be enjoyed by guests staying in our cottages or bothies. * Be a skilled chef with experience at Sous or Junior Sous level in high-quality venues, or you may have worked as a private chef, capable of producing memorable culinary experiences for up to 20 people
* Be someone who responds positively to short notice dining requests and special events
* Be passionate about your craft and be ingredient led in your cooking
* Be a supportive team player who encourages others regardless of whether you join us for a season or stay and grow with us long term, Please be aware that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
