I am working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company located in Central London. The company is a specialist company helping hospitality companies across London with the L&D side of things. As they are expanding, they are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Manager to enhance our employees' skills and capabilities. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that support the professional development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
• Design and deliver effective training programs and materials, including e-learning, workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training.
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods to maintain engagement and ensure effective learning.
